What is a full roof restoration?

A full rooftop rebuilding is a total remodel of your whole rooftop. Our contractors usually work in the following way.
Right off the bat, we clean your rooftop with a high-weight hose
They expel all the old sheet material and supplant it with new sheet material
They then apply adaptable indicating your rooftop
They supplant all broken and split tiles with new tiles
They clean your rooftop and drains of all clogged leaves and debris.

How long does a rooftop restoration take?
This varies, but it commonly takes between 2-4 days. Though this can change depending on the condition and size of the building. Weather conditions will also need to be taken into account. All roof restoration are done as quick as possible, whilst maintaining a high standard of quality to reduce the disruption on your home.
What is high pressure washing of the roof?
Utilizing profoundly pressurized water (3,500psi) we expel all debris, lichens and soil from your rooftop leaving your rooftop clean and helping your roof to look like new again.
How long does it take you to inspect a roof?
Usually within 1-3 days, however during busy times this may take longer.
How much can I expect to pay for a roof restoration?
This really depends on your building. You can expect to pay some around $65-$130 per square metre. Please understand, that you’ll need your building fully inspected before we can give a more accurate price. Please understand that the price can sometimes fall outside this range.
